But AI is only part of the process - every image is also reviewed and edited by a human editor who understands composition, lighting, and what makes a rental photo actually convert. There is always a human eye on every result.
The 24-hour clock starts from the moment payment is completed - not from when photos are submitted. If we're at full capacity, the payment request won't be sent until we know we can deliver within that window. We'd rather delay taking an order than rush and miss the deadline.
Before the final high-resolution files are delivered, a lower-quality preview is shared for review. Approving the preview means accepting the results - no refunds after that point. If the preview doesn't meet expectations, a full refund is issued, no questions asked.
